My approach to holistic therapy is shaped by my personal experience, ongoing learning
and a profound respect for the body's inherent wisdom.
What began many years ago as an interest in a healthy lifestyle has evolved
into a holistic approach, driven by my passion for various forms of therapy.
Discovering Lomilomi and its philosophy in particular took me on a new journey,
ultimately leading me to acquire a diploma as a Lomilomi therapist.
My knowledge of aromatherapy and Reiki is an ideal add-on to this traditional form
of massage therapy. The result of which is a holistic approach which works on a physical and mental level
and creates space for calmness, balance, and clarity.
I tailor each session to the individual, guided by mindfulness, presence,
and an awareness of what the body needs in the moment.
I look forward to accompanying you on this journey and creating a space where you can relax
and regenerate naturally.
