My appreciation of the body began with traditional and contemporary folk dance as well as ballet and performing arts in my early childhood. My lifelong fascination with body mechanics and movement inspired me to discover yoga.
My interest in yoga broadened to encompass a healthy and conscientious lifestyle incorporating aspects of self-awareness, Ayurveda and meditation.
The discovery of Lomilomi and its philosophy in particular, took me onto a new journey and ultimately led to acquiring a diploma as Lomilomi Therapist.
Why Lomilomi?
Lomilomi has become a key part of my life and my purpose is to share the precious gift of Lomilomi with you, to support you on your own journey.
